Bought groupon deal in late 2018 for package of multiple sessions based on the strength of prior reviews

Arrived for first session was told it would not go as planned claimed issue with preexisting medical issue that was declared in initial consult and was told no issue plus doctors confirmed no issue

Was then called and asked why i made a second session booking given they would not be offering what i thought we had agreed to

After a few phone calls it was agreed that they would not budge on coverage but would agree to compensate with free sessions to make up for it

They wont laser you if you are tan or going in the sun soon they arent out to jus take your money
