I needed a whole new wiper system on my pontiac montana and when the first replacement part i tried turned out to be problematic they installed the highergrade replacement i should have gone with in the first place and didnt charge for labor

Charging full price for repairs that only to find out too late was mended with zip ties and certain parts not even replaced with new ones like they said it would be
