The day of the appointment called less than 2 hours away from appointment window and cancelled. Will probably have to cancel my evening plans to wait for a other company to help me resolve my issue.

Then i checked out the reviews which had been filtered out by yelp and gave the company the benefit of doubt that some honest reviews had been left out because of yelps shady sorting system my boyfriends mom owns a small business that offers superb service but yelp decided to screw her over by removing all the positive reviews she received

Since the dep shuts off your water after 3 days and then charges you money for it hearing that everything will be done in one day sounded really good

He isnt about telling you he will get to you in an hour when he know he is still working on a job and the travel time is at least an hour
