Here is my first review of Hudson Ridge from 10/15/2017.  It was under the community's previous name. See below.I read the review on Yelp and Google. It is worth noting that most people who have a great experience do not actually write reviews. It is typically those that have a bad experience that do. So, when I read the negative reviews, I had to read them thoroughly and am so glad I did not let them sway me from visiting the property.I was assisted by Brianna. Very nice and forthcoming when asked questions about the property. The grounds were gorgeous. I was very pleased to see that someone was cleaning out the pool during my visit. My tour was late morning. I applied early afternoon and was approved late afternoon. I received a follow-up phone call from Brianna and also received a prize that went towards my fees.I moved in last week. The place was immaculate with minor bumps and bruises which are to be expected. Additionally, maintenance has been on point. I have not had a chance to see everything yet. I did have a major maintenance issue; however, the staff has been on it. I appreciate the community handling things so that I did not have to pay the hefty renter's insurance deductible.What I have appreciated the most in my week of being here is that my concern is just as important to the office staff as it is to me. The neighbors are nice and have not had a negative thing to say. That also says something. Check out the place for yourself despite the negative reviews. I did, and am glad I made the decision to view, apply and move in.  Read Less

This is a worst place I have ever stayed. My company rent this place for a short term work, and my apartment has no air-conditioner, they just can not fix it. On my first day, I didn't know where the garbage should to throw, I put a small clean bag in front of my door, a man was very angry and beat me door at 9 pm, he said "I give you 2 minutes to remove this garbage and if you don't I give you a fine when I come back. " Assistant Community Manager :Theodosia Dumas has lousy customer service,  Because of I stopped a payment. she emailed me every two days, she wants me to pay the stop payment fees, and she said "I give you an opportunity to pay the fees or I report to the credit bureaus ", It's like a threaten.  Read Less
