They inspected my home. As a building contractor of 31 years, I am appalled that someone would act in such a manner and list items they FEEL are in need of repair. In my 31 years of building homes and obtaining  home inspections, I have not seen such behavior. They had no knowlege of the local codes and requirements of the home they inspected and listed corrections that VIOLATE local codes. inept and incompetent. Using them could jeopardize YOUR sale too, either as a buyer or seller.  Read Less
