I definitely wanted to take the time to shout out to my service technician JOHN ROYCE for such a fantastic job he did. I just got a couple months ago, a brand new HVAC system with a new heat pump but was installed on one of the hottest days of the year so I really couldn't test out the heat part as everything felt hot that day. Needless to say, when I needed to use my heater.....it wasn't working correctly. John came out and was very understanding about the situation and very meticulous in finding out the problem and issue. He ended up having to redo all of the wiring which wasn't done correctly and took him quite some time but he was very patient and very meticulous with his work and I now have a fantastic working heat pump that I couldn't be happier with. I love a company that stands behind its product and service and doesn't play games... And that's exactly what I got with HADDON.  I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend you using this company for all of your heating & AC needs.  Read Less
