Radek and his crew redid our concrete parking pad and we were very pleased with their work.  They were very professional and communication before, after, and during the job was excellent.  Most importantly, the work was done a year and a half ago and still looks pretty much perfect.  I recently had Radek come out and look at some issues on our building exterior and again, great communication, prompt arrival... very good things that are so rare with contractors!  Read Less

Clearly not interested in getting new business. Don't honor their scheduled appointments - makes you wonder if and how the work will get done. Based on all the positive reviews, we contacted Gralak a few weeks ago to come give us an estimate for sealing our brick and split faced block home. We left a message and heard back a few days later. Their soonest appointment was 2 weeks later. It was a late afternoon appointment so we made it clear they would have to stick to that time frame as we had baseball tickets for that evening. The day before they were scheduled to come, we got a call asking if they could come an hour later. I said no. They asked if we were available the evening before. We said yes. The gentleman then said he was booked and could only come if there was a cancellation. I could hear the phone ringing in the background and he quickly said to call them back next week if we were interested in scheduling another appointment and then hung up. So much for good customer service. I'm shocked at some of the reviews that say "prompt", "great service". I can only guess these reviews were submitted by ringers.  Read Less

We absolutely love the work that Mr. Gralak did on our house.  We had some awful water damage that had been ignored and then concealed by the prior owners and he completely rebuit the area to match the surrounding brick.  The price was very reasonable and he was very professional, providing written estimates and calling before each step of the process.  The large job only took him two days and we are so pleased we're asking him to do other projects on the house because it is so hard to find someone you both trust and like the quality of their work!  Read Less
