Car was maintained and smelled clean. Driver was also courteous. Spotless and super comfortable car.
Easy on-line booking. Ask for your incoming flight information if it's an airport pickup. Echo even tracks each incoming flight as to any delays or changes.
In regards to pricing, it's the same price for an airport/home pick-up/drop-off. Tip is already included in the ride. Will definitely use echo again.
I couldn't believe how amazing this service was. Professional and incredibly prompt and helpful driver. Send reminder text messages, check flight schedules, are on time, and have clean vehicles.
Had a 5:30pm pick up last night to a wedding in naperville. Had to take a 6am flight and was dreading the 3am pick-up. Always on time. Arrived early to ord.
Cons
