I received a ridiculous letter from the hoa association informing me that my ac unit which was installed 5 years ago was installed incorrectly hoa required me to removereplace or relocate my ac system   strange that this letter was sent to me 5 years after the ac unit was installed

One of their techs ariel took the time to patiently walk me through diagnosing my ac unit over the phone including having me sending him photos of the circuit board and giving me several things to try before he was able to conclude that the blower motor was fried

Two companies came out to look and said the unit was not repairable and it needed to be replaced

She just fixed my furnace in less that 45 minutes and for less than 200 while yesterday another company told me that it would cost way over 1000 to get it fixed

The other unit is leaking freon and he had to schedule another appointment to track the leak
