When we arrived with were greeted with a strawberry drink so good and were introduced to our butler They took our luggage to our room for us and decorated our door with a Honeymooners sign nnOver the course of our stay we ate at the Flavors buffet which was excellent Many stations to choose from like pasta meat fruit waffles paninis crepes etc We also ate at the See and Sea buffet for lunch and dinner The Japanese restaurant was really good too They had sushi and the menu was the same for everyone you got a little shrimp chicken steak rice and noodles its warm in there so dress light We also ate at the Italian restaurant which was actually one of my favorites The fettuccini alfredo was amazing The steakhouse was also great We loved the pools with cabanas We never had to fight to get a cabana or chair at the beach no matter the time of day We hung out at many of the pools in the club area We did go to the main pool swim up bar for the foam party one day and we preferred the Club pools We hated the sports bar Everything about that place sucked the bartender was awful and we were in there 2x the Mcjestic was never open and the one time we found it open they didn’t even have menu options The fries were good other than that we didn’t like it nnWe also went to the Michael Jackson show which was awesome The person who plays Michael is amazing That show is a must see nnWe did want to point out that the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond very time Hanser was one of our favorites H met us at the buffet one day and we mentioned we were going to eat at the steakhouse where we was working that night He set up a cute table with a flower heart and even though he wasn’t our server he still made sure to stop by and make sure our experience was great Every time through our trip that he saw us he made sure to say hello and make sure we were happy Thank you Hanser for going above and beyond nnAlthough Jesus and Victor were not our butlers we wanted to mentions them too We were here for 7 days and we saw these two all the time Walking around touching base with their guests Every time they saw us they asked us how things were going and made sure we were happy I appreciate their hard work and wanted them to be recognized for being available at all times and being friendly Every one we talked to that had them as a butler had nothing but great
