There is no need for me to contact Mr. Cohen again. As he told me I could not handle the problem myself! Well I will have Ms. Schneider send him a copy of the 3 years of refunds she got back PLUS interest. I feel Jack should return her money for this issue, since the IRS has NO record of your office contacting them. If she does not receive the refund she will contact the IRS again and the better business bureau.  Read Less

This is only our experience. My grandmother heard that this place had great praise, then I read all the positive reviews from people on here. So my wife had an appointment, we found out its only one person that handles tax clients, Mr Cohen and there was some miscommunication where he wasn't available for our appointment. We had issues even getting off work at the same time to make this appointment, luckily there was this guy I can't remember his name I believe he was an accountant because he said he could help with business accounting. Any way he took all of my wife's documents and made copies to hand to Mr. Cohen. We had to pay $200 just for them to look over her documents up front. So weeks go past and she doesn't hear back. We constantly kept callin just get a response from them that my wife just need to pay the debt to the IRS and they could help us set up a payment plan for a fee. Every thing they did we found out you can do for free just meet with your local IRS office via appointment and they recommend a free tax advocacy at UNLV. I know they have helped and got many great reviews but once again this was our experience.  Read Less
