For my entree i had the shrimp po boy benedict with a side of their house made scrapple it was freggin delish the eggs were cooked to perfection and allowed for me to do what all lovers of eggs benedict like to do break it open with my fork and let that yolk run out the hollandaise was absolute buttery and creamy deliciousness the shrimp were tender and not overly seasoned it was an excellent marriage of flavors that i highly recommend the scrapple was in a league
