Pros
This is a gem of a vet and i will be back. Val is the sweetest and the most relatable vet i've worked with. Chanel is very sick but with no fever so a big mystery when we got her there.
The office decor gives a nostalgic feel of visiting someone's home. Upon entering it was nicely decorated with antiques and very clean. The staff was very nice and apologetic about it.
No fuss, no muss. The amount of love and care they put into your animals is unmatched. I am very very grateful and appreciative of the great customer service.
San marcos animal medical center. Staff are the nicest people i've ever dealt with at a vet office.
Cons
Front desk staff are not spacing out appointments with any consideration of social distancing. Clearly dis-organized and chaotic environment. Didn't even have a chance to see the vet.
