The way it is written is you need to finish the course and earn the certificate b4 you go to dmv

We then find out that the certificate needs to be mailed and in your hand b4 taking the permit test

Thats very different than finishing the course snd successfully taking the test by first problem although she completed this 2 days in advance we needed the document to be mailed overnight in order to make the 800 am scheduled appointment and n 2818
