my nights in Hawaii in this hotel I heart you Shoreline forever nnIts only like a 5 minute walk to the beach you do have to cross a main street and walk through a bit of an outdoor mall area but they often have live music and hula lessons etc there so its actually part of the amazing experience walking there Once you get past the shopping zone you can sneak through the Sheraton pool area for the beach access and smell the amazing Sheraton food can go get some if you want and its just such a good little walk and really not very far from hotel to beach No dramas at allnnIn fact you are really right next to several of the most iconic Waikiki hotels that you can just waltz into and enjoy their restaurants I drank at the Royal Hawaiians Mai Tai bar one night and had a lovely 5 min walk back home after listening to some live music and drinking pineapple and rum all night While I was in the ocean one day I watch a hula show from The Royal Hawaiians back lawn too Its really right in the centre of everything nnAlso the rooms are super cute and really clean I also liked the way the lobby looked and they have water with fruit soaking in it to rehydrate with I grabbed a glass everytime I went back to my room nnThe air conditioning worked amazingly My view wasnt great but I spent more time on the beach and enjoying the city than I did gazing out my window Bed was comfy too and no loud neighbours I never ate at the cafe there because there was so much good food nearby but it was nice to know it was there nnSpeaking of food its like 1 min walk from the Japanese food court I do NOT recommend the ramen shop Baikohken in that food court there though The one with the cherry tree in the middle of the table Horrible experience there but so many other amazing food options in that food court nnAlso they have valet parking which I was able to use once The valet staff were all super friendly and proactive in trying to make sure you were taken care of and happy It was so nice to have a place to drive up to and pick up your luggagedrop off Someone to turn on your air con in your car for you Amazing nnAnd if you cant use the valet then you can park across the street in the Ross parking lot overnight The lady told me that I will need to repark at 7am but actually you can stay and it will charge you 3 an hour every half hour up until youve spent a total of 35 for the day and then it will cap there the cost of overnighting there is 25 so it really is only an extra 10 to park there the rest of the day Totally worth it not to have to repark nnThey also give you beach towels
