The installer they sent was amazing in terms of quality but soooooo sloooooowwwww and didnt vacuum after he was done big deal considering carpet fringe was everywhere

Then i got a handwritten scanned notebook paper of the breakdown so i guess they dont usually give an actual quote breakdown

We love their installer one guy who worked hard for a day and a half on our two rooms

Then about 23 weeks later we got a call from our salesman asking for the other half of the payment

We assumed they would just charge our card because we didnt hear otherwise
