Rick provided us a detailed information about the property with pictures of all that he found. He spend well over 3 hours for inspecting everything on the property. We were able to use his report to determine the fixes that will be needed that we can request from the Seller (health hazards and security) and the ones we will be doing ourselves. He was very knowledgeable and was able to give us a good idea about the property. He was also very thorough with the process, made sure to check all the taps and every nook and corner of the property. We are so glad that we used Rick's services. Thank you for everything, Rick!
