First and foremost, i have to say that it is family owned and ran. The place is family run and very hospitable. Family environment, knowledgeable people, and very humble people.

Gym is one of the cleanest i've ever been to. Everyone cleans the equipment themselves after using it which is a +1. Cleanliness is a huge part of owning a gym.
You won't find typical meatheads at this gym, unlike franchised gyms. This place totally surpasses those basic standards that other gyms are obliged by. The workout community here is also so supportive of one another.

There is both an indoor and outdoor gym but most of the lifting machines are inside
