Pros
The outdoor compressor/condenser is unbelieveably whisper quiet. My home is an area affected by the merrimack valley gas explosions. Contacted 128phce for mitsubishi annual preventative maintenance.
I have been a licensed electrician for over 45 years. All communications are professional and knowledgeable. Especially jared d. He too is very professional and was very quick at getting the job done!
Cons
I can't really see why i would ever use 128 plumbing, unless i have to have some work done urgently and i am not the one paying for it. I wouldn't work with tradespeople who can't justify their price.
The company - its professionalism, its care for their customer, is terrible! Service is poor and they are dishonest. This company is a bunch of scam artists with their flat rate pricing.
The hvac company says they need to replace a part. The electrician says he can't fix the problem. The electricians seem more disorganized than the hvac guys.
