    Before i got this, if i wanted a toasty roll soft on the inside, i had to microwave it first and the put it in the toaster oven.

    I had a black and decker for years.

    To defrost and heat a bagel, i had to first microwave it to defrost and heat the inside and then use the toaster to heat the outside so it's not soggy.
