Their online website said this is bcuz of the orientation of your smartphone when the pictures are taken and that windows auto corrects the rotation

I rotated the photos in windows saved and tried again but they still appeared upside down

This download did not work tried x64 and x32 and left a file which could not be deleted on my laptop

I realized that i could pause the slide show and rotate the pictures but the rotation would not save and the pictures continued to be displayed upside down once the slideshow came across them again no matter what i tried

Therefore i am returning this product and choosing the other 80 frame which comes with a rotation function and remote from best buy

It is kind of awkward to have to hold the frame in your hand facing you and then continuously have to look in the back to press the correct button to get into a menu or find an option that you are looking for
