    All i had to do was insert the probe for the thermometer through to adjustable vent insert it into the meat turn it on and walk away

    Also the remote is wireless so i just clip it to my pocket and make the rest of the meal and when it reaches the wanted temp the beeper goes off

    Was disappointed to find out that although the thermometer comes with 2 probes it only has 1 plugin
