I tent to inflate my tyres quite hard to minimise rolling resistance so this post and the tyres are my only isolation from the bumps in the cycle ways which are not to well maintained round merseyside

This is a wellmade product and has a feel of decent quality despite its relatively cheap price

However i only weigh 13 stone and i had to adjust the preload to its maximum setting to get a satisfactory result and i think if you weigh more than 14 stone it probably wont work hence four stars not five
