Pros

It is easy to fill with ice cubes (my fridge makes small cubes so this may not be true for everyone) the lock works great, even when you drop it. Fits in cup holders just fine.

I am loyal to very few brands, but zojirushi is one of them. It’s a life saver! Save money and disappointment and just buy this brands product.

It's just better made, better designed, and better insulated. The ice stays solid for hours, and you can barely feel the slightest temp difference when you hold it.

I find that it fits in the sides of my backpack much easier. Hydroflask and thermos are “technically” top rack safe.

Cons

The warranty does not cover the colorfastness of the exterior paint. The company considers this a "cosmetic" defect and will not honor the warranty.

It only holds 10oz won’t hold a full 12 ounce cup of coffee. After 6 months, the mug turns into a dribble cup, and will spill hot coffee all over you. Water in another bottle has no probelm!

If you have the time and patience to hand wash your bottles this is the the clear bottle brand to get

The packaging was a little off putting and i almost returned it as soon as i got it

Weve tried our own and also use pipe cleaners for the hole in the spout

Hours later it’s as hot as when you first put your beverage in the container
