Pros
Smoky blue is a bit lighter than originally shown. Imo it's worth the extra cost of getting this rather than a cheaper alternative. A bit pricey but worth every $.

From hot to warm, it takes about 36 hrs. I've had copy stay in the car overnight and it's luke warm the next day. This is early days, about 10 hot refills in at this point, but i love mine.
Love this thermo, it’s good size and looks sleek. The zojirushi outlasts every other thermos in performance, and durability.
Cons
This mug works too well if that's even possible. The button is not metal but just coated plastic which flakes off. The cap is low quality injection moulding, and he flip component feels flimsy.
It's not very durable. Build quality is so-so. And i say flaw, because zojirushi themselves by changing the design in their most recent model/version clearly agree it needed to be fixed. Really disappointed in after paying high price.

Mine was full of hot coffee with the top on but the lid open and half an hour later it was still too hot to drink
It probably lasts until 1pm without losing heat and thats even with the lid open

Packaging/appearance
My regimen now is to make it into a regular cup so it cools a bit then pour it into the zojirushi
One drawback is that if you drink from the mouth piece and about to empty the contents your nose will hit the inside of the cap
The only complaint i have is that the outside of the bottle paint peels off in my diswasher

I had taking a cup of tea out even had the lid open for hours and the tea was still so hot i couldn’t drink it without mixing some cold water to it
