Pros

Cleaning takes a little more patience as the top disassembles but that means it will be cleaner overall. Easy to clean, much easier than contigo even after you spend $20+ to buy their brush set. Sleek, compact, clean and leakproof.

Highly recommend. It solve my problem! Nice build, good quality. This thing is the best.

The zojirushi outlasts every other thermos in performance, and durability. The japanese think of everything. Love this thermos. Bread maker and rice cooker.

This is the third mug i've ether owned or gifted. The mug does a great job of being leak proof and the lock mechanism has worked flawlessly. I also love how it pours out when drinking.

Cons

It's too good at insulating the coffee. I would advise against purchasing this expensive mug.

I would describe it as metalic pink with the pink looking a bit lavendery in certain lights

Packaging/appearance

One drawback is that if you drink from the mouth piece and about to empty the contents your nose will hit the inside of the cap

I have had bad experiences previously with other brands but i really like this one

Imo its worth the extra cost of getting this rather than a cheaper alternative
