Pros & Cons
Pros
Used brita for over 2 decades. If you are looking to have clean water and not worry about hooking up filters, driling holes etc, thi unit is probaly the best one to go with.
This countertop filter works really well for us to give water we have more confidence in and tastes good. Fits under my overhead cupboards. For 1-2 people it is a very economical choice.
Seems with current technology, the water filters in the unit should not need to be that large and bulky. My unfiltered municipal water supply consistently measures 160 ppm. This is a great countertop water filtration system.
Cons
It also wastes half the water that you put in to it that no one seems to mention in the online demos. Buyer beware. Would not purchase again.

She helped us by shipping the broken part within the hour
Packaging/appearance
If you run the water cycle and the tank is not empty the water will spill out onto the counter
I dont think we should have to recycle the water every time we process it
Just follow the instructions and make sure to dump the waste water tank after each cycle
Competitiveness
I tried a competitor countertop ro system for few weeks and the tds output was unacceptable took just barely 15 of the tds
I dont think any of the competitor systems have this either but it would be nice if there were an auto shutoff for filling the ... Read More

It seems like the spout in the back of the plastic tank that holds the unfiltered tap water does not make a good connection with the part that should allow the water to be suctioned out and into the filtering system
