Cons

Ahhhh it's hard to cook with it. This size is small for tbone and larger steak. The rack is fine but my block showed up with a big broken corner.

The only complaint i have is that there are no instructions included with the stone

I did find that there are no real clear instructions with the salt blocks it would have been nice to see some recipes for beginners with it
