Pros
The pillow has a back support strap that keeps it in place. The "bumps" help support the baby's head as you feed.
Mybrest friend pillow cover is super soft and waterproof. It fit my pillow perfectly and came in clutch when my baby got ringworm.
Cons
It says 100% cotton on the cover, but the actual cover is 100% polyester. The physical product packaging itself states100% cotton as well. Product contains no cotton (fabric feels like a raincoat).

Completely worth the price and if you only can get one pillow between this and the boppy choose this one
