Pros
Craftsmanship is outstanding, a beautiful damascus steel design with a full tang handle. Perfectly weighted, the knives are a pleasure to hold, but it all comes down to the blade edge. It is for my son and in my hand felt well balanced.
These knives are razor sharp, making anything you can think of an absolute breeze. Ideal general purpose knife for peeling and cutting up vegetables and fruit.
The steel is second to none. Well designed and practical to use. Just need to expand my collection now. This is one of if not the best paring knife l have ever purchased.
Cons
Requires extensive honing within a few days of use itself. I know you can hone it yourself but this shouldn't need done straight away for this price.

The quality of the knives is outstanding and they are super sharp
A nice sharp knife of unquestionable quality but i have large hands and find the handle too small for my grip
I just have a slight disappointment with the blade that looks plain unless you have the light at a very specific angle
Competitiveness
The zelite range of knives is the best i have found
I have also bought two other zelite knives and am very satisfied with them also
However i will say this to zelite design a zelite knife holder
But if your buying a knive like this you should have a whetstone to sharpen it

Its not a brand of knife that i was familiar with ive got some global and sabatier and some other knives

Zelite seemee to have good reviews though so i took a punt on this 4 paring and a 7 santoku alpha royal but german steel rather than the japanese
