Pros
Balance is perfect, it feels very comfortable in the hand and is as sharp as a razor. To me it looks like two rivets attached to either side of the handle rather than one rivet that goes all the way though. The knife is decorative so looks stunning.
Zelite infinity is a relatively new brand compared to other famous knife makers, such as zwilling and global. This is my fourth zelite knife, they are all fantastic quality and the customer service is great.
The knife is made with premium damascus steel with a g10 glass fibre handle. It looks like a machete shape and it's super sharp. Crikey it's a knife that’s very very sharp.
It arrives in a lovely presentation box and has an attractive sheaf, so ideal for a gift to anyone who enjoys being in the kitchen. It's packaged really nicely and would make an excellent gift. Well packaged and a delight to use, firstly.

Packaging/appearance
Excellent knife but it was quite blunt out of the boxi borrowed a wet stone to sharpen it and that has done the job nicely

Competitiveness
I already have a couple of zelite knives and like those knives this one is of the same fantastic quality
Seems a bit bizarre and would like an explanation from the manufacturers tbh only reason i gave it a 4 rather than a 5
A tad expensive if you are a rank amatuer like me but probably worth it if you are a professional

Nb wipe the knife clean with detergent and a cloth and avoid placing in the dishwasher to increase longevity

The aus10 is clad in a very thin layer of damascus steel

Ive seen cheaper knives that have more etching applied to them which results in darker steel patterns and more texture
