Zelite knives are a bit pricey, but they are worth it for the quality. These knives are made from x50crmov15 steel and imported japanese ones for $140 or better. They are versatile and capable of getting your meats onto the grill like a boss.

Everything about it is to the perfection. This thing is eye catching because it is large and looks a little like a scimitar. It reminds me of an actual dao i own.

Cons

The handle is well-designed ergonomically but the blade lacks heft. Doesn't cut crusts as well as my dalstrong gladiator series bread knife.

    Everything looks the same except i did notice as i saw in some other reviews that the three rivets and the full tang protrude a little bit from the handle which leaves slightly sharp edges
