Pros

The tablets are not hard for me to * as i take 3 in the morning and 3 after dinner along with my 2000 mg of immediate release niacin. Updatei also use neem oil for hair and skin health not sure if already having collagen helped me or not.

My nails are much stronger, no more splitting or peeling. The backs of my hands look much healthier and younger than i ever could have imagined. My fine lines and wrinkles are not as noticeable.

Cons

One pill is 1000 mg which equals only 1 gram. Too freaking big to be taking 6 pills.

Go ahead and buy them, but be they hurt my *. They are very chalky and the taste is horrid. They were either exposed to moisture or are not stored in the proper conditions.
