This is really lovely i wouldnt say it was completely non slip it depends on the yoga flow but i would recommend this in fact i am taking it away with me because i think i will use it on the floor with my travel mat

Great product i practice ashtanga yoga and bikram yoga and ive had no issues with slipping at all washes well with no colour run but i brought the light green so im not sure about this with regards to other colours
