I also connected a overhead dvd player and it works but only when i play dvds from the head unit and it mirrors the movie so far but i cant make it work with any other app like mx player or vlc player

I must admit it should of been plug and play but it wasnt because i had to cut and splice to get use of the stock back up camera and the steering wheel controls but since i got it to work im happy
