The connection adaptors charger was defective. It is possible that the item was defective, the box it was in was not secured.
The "human" setting is plenty loud and annoying but will garner you a noise complaint. We have to turn off this device when a young neighbour is visiting because the 15hz sound is painful to her. I am not sure it even has a an ultrasound emitter, but ... Read More
