Pros

This kotatsu is great, especially if you're in méxico as it would be very hard to find another one. I obsessively researched how to get one and oh boy, they're not cheap to get in the us. Totally worth the $120 saved.

Everyone recommends the 1000w voltage step-down converter. Save money and get the 500w. The switch is in japanese, but the little walking man symbol is on.

Cons

I am so happy to have this kotatsu but after 2 month of half using this, sadly it’s broken like this pic.

I love it so much and it was worth the price

Shipping

I was mostly surprised with how fast shipping was too i got it in less than two weeks

It’s a great table but i assume the shipping handler had difficulties shipping it it had a crack but nothing major great warm table

Initially it arrived with some shipping damage it looks like a corner had gotten crushed and it left the tabletop damaged

Packaging/appearance

The packaging was not damaged however the reversible table top came with a dent

Since the packaging was not damaged i am guessing it was missed at a manufacturing facility

Per another review i got the 500w converter

Competitiveness

With a 1000w voltage stepdown converter works perfectly and keeps me warm in these freezing of winter

It was set to 120v by default but i had to switch it to 100v to get the heater to power on
