Pros

It looks much nicer than seeing the bottom of the cupboard. These mats are essential in any cabinet with plumbing. Trimming around the plumbing was easy. Absolutely love this under kitchen sink mat.

The quality is great, not flimsy. Worth the investment compared to risking damage to cabinet floors. This item does exactly as advertised.

It fits perfectly into my 36 sink cabinet. Fits like a charm. Its tough and fits perfectly.

Cons

This is over priced and arrives warped. If they do not fit, you have to pay return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee!

Just received the under sink mat. When it is finally squeezed in it works passably. This defeats the purpose of having a mat in the first place.

Cheap injected molded piece of plastic for $60. They are expensive and i was expecting the water alarm to come with them as advertised. Do not buy these.

Heavy duty arrived in a big box so there was not need for it to be folder as some of the cheaper ones appear to be

I also bought it because the color was prettier than what most other brands had

Totally worth the price because the quality is far superior to others found online

Tried a less expensive brand and returned it

But the xtreme mats store via amazon offered these beautiful mats in 15 different sizes
