5 or 2 pounds which isnt what normally happens its much slower weight loss so my conclusion is yes the product works
This product is quite expensive however taste is fine i am happy with the product

I am taken back to my youth with the sachets they taste of sherbet or popping candy

However the price has steadily increased and its no longer on amazon prime
Love this productwent to buy again and to my horror the price had over doubled£69

Good product and it does do the job but the straight to mouth sachets are not overly nice and is comparable to chewing on sand overall good product that yields results but buy a different type of application

This product worked for me the saches is better than the tablets it will not work if you eat too much fat on a massive meal and expect the powder to bind all the fat
