Stopped an active leak in my sump pump pipe

It will not stick well to most anything but once it touches itself it is difficult to separate without tearing it up

I did however have my vacuum dust hose break so i thought id try this out on that while i waited for a replacement to arrive

And by stuck really well i mean that when i went to take it off i had to cut it off because i couldnt unstick it
