I cant review this myself i gave it to a friend to train with if its anything like the blue man size version its decent but doesnt stay on the wrap needs to be more secure and palm side touching your hands keeps slipping as its a soft fabric that just wicks away sweat but it still slips because the material isnt the type that has friction
