Light astringent moisturising so if you're oily skinned you could consider not using face cream in the morning. Helps tone the face. Tones and cleans my skin after shaving. Takes off a lot of stuff my cleanser doesn't.

Luckily there is an unscented version of this toner so i suggest that one unless you really love cucumbers of course

Every 2 or 3 days id just use about 3 or 4 cotton pads on both sides one squirt of thayers and clean my body
