I then found a qi receiver on amazon that plugs into the charging port on your phone and ordered a set one for the iphone and one for an android

They are easy to use and work great however i will probably go back and order the sticker kind at some point because plugging the receiver into your phone and then laying it down almost takes away from the fact that you should just be able to set your phone on the charger

I will say to make sure its on a flat surface because the first time i used it i set it on a book and the vibration from my phone vibrated it off of the charger

Also if you are buying a receiver of any kind to put on your phone like i did you have to make sure the case is off

I tried it with the receiver laying over the back of the case and it did not work
