I ordered this item and it took 18 days to receive it

After i received it i put in new batteries filled it with liquid hand soap and could not get it to pump

It has many more light settings which i dont use but no 30sec onoff setting

Item is nice its on the small size holding one cup water but the eoil holding area is very very small and trying to drop oils by dropper bottle is not so accurate
