Id been transferring the orings from the original filter that came with my refrigerator because the square orings on the after market filters leaked in my frig

I had to cut away some of the plastic threads so that it would turn and lock in

I applied some of the sealant included on the gasket and orings around the top of the filter and it appears the leaking has stopped

Had it been sent via anyone else other than undelivered package specialists it might have arrived three days earlier and not looking like it had been tossed onto a rubbish heap and driven over once or twice
