Pros

This towel warmer is really good, and it is also decently efficient for energy. The uprights get very warm, and mostly radiate to the air rather than the towels.

Dry towels become warm to the touch. Works well for drying small articles of clothing such as socks or underwear. Sometimes wash those at home when we don't want to go out for laundry and have them dry overnight on the warmrains.

I wish the entire unit was slightly taller/higher. It has space for about 4 bath towels if you fold them correctly. This purchase is for my guest bathroom.

Cons

I am very dissappointed and am not sure who wrote the reviews saying this was better than other ones they had purchased. I find it curious that the company is still making this model knowing that the plastic plugs are a fail. does not work as promised... Read More

My dryer only creates stripes of warmth on the towels. And really only dries the top of the towel.

I am about to call to see if they will refund that to me.

The heat is not super hot but i can live with it for the price i paid
