Only about 1/3 of the product was delivered. It's not returnable! Do not buy from heathdepot. No returns even when falsely advertised. With several hospitalizations in a couple weeks time my money is very tight and i really could have used the refund.... Read More

The locking * pop when taking a step. The braces seem to be too close to the top brace. I have to extend the legs to the last hole to make my wrists hit the handle for the correct fit.

This walker is very weak, light and rickety. The handlebars are cheep hard plastic not the nice ones pictured. The slides are cheep and rough.

It rattles so bad there is no way to go anywhere using it without the neighbors knowing. A piece of junk, unusable. Very sucky considering this is for the safety of my mother.
