If your washer is bouncing like it is unbalanced replacing the suspension rods will solve your problem

You can test your existing ones by pushing the agitator down as far as you can by hand and if it bounces up and down instead of springing back up immediately then the suspension rods need to be replaced

My only complaint is plastic pieces that hold the rods in place at the top four corners of the washer were a little thinner and smaller than my original pieces but i just reused the original plastic pieces
