The bird room is clean as can be bedause little of the cockatiel dander hits the floor. I use this machine in my basement which always had a faint musty odor.
Cons
This is a something simple that should just work out of the box. Do not go through this company. The result is low quality product and damage during shipping.

I was so relieved to find that these filters were still being sold since the actual air purifier unit has been discontinued
