    Ive already tried the main suggestions of no electronics before bed and calming tricks but again since my problem isnt falling to sleep those didnt do anything to help me

    I am a person who needs a solid eight hours or i just cant function properly

    Very fast fall to sleep but will not last too long will wake up after 4 hrs may be need control release design
